First Reconciliation and First Communion for ChildrenList Item 1
The First Communion program at St. Alphonsus is a two-year formation process that prepares children to receive the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion. This journey includes faith formation classes, parish life activities, and at-home parent-led sessions to help families grow in faith together.

The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)
Are you interested in becoming Catholic or learning more about the Catholic faith?
At St. Alphonsus, we welcome adults and youth (ages 7 and older) into the Catholic Church through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA). This journey includes learning about Catholic beliefs, Scripture, liturgy, and prayer, and culminates in receiving the Sacraments of Initiation at the Easter Vigil.
The process includes weekly gatherings, personal reflection, and the support of a sponsor. No matter your background, we walk with you as you explore faith and grow in relationship with Christ.
